Back in 2012, the CRA asked for feedback on changes made to the SR&ED Policy Review Project. Once again, the CRA is looking to the public for feedback on elements they will be adding to the Eligibility of Work for SR&ED Investment Tax Credits Policy.
The CRA is attempting to make the SR&ED program and related documents more user-friendly, and this is proven again by the release of drafted additions to the Eligibility of Work for SR&ED. These additions are actually scenarios that illustrate what aspects of a project would, and would not, be eligible under the SR&ED program.

Just like with the Policy Review Project, the CRA is once again asking for public feedback on this draft. They’ve even put together a few questions to start the conversation going in the right direction:
Feedback will be accepted until November 18th, 2013 and can be sent to: sred_policy-politiques_RSDE@cra-arc.gc.ca.
