Christina is currently on Maternity Leave. Christina offers more than 8 years of SR&ED specific knowledge. Throughout her career at BeneFACT she has successfully procured and defended thousands of SR&ED claims and represented BeneFACT in crucial negotiations with the CRA and other SR&ED related organizations and institutions. Her expertise includes in depth knowledge of the SR&ED principles, methodologies and parameters. Prior corporate experience includes work with Sun Life Financial, and Standard Life Financial. Christina is a Graduate of York University (Bachelor of Science in Biology) with a concentration in Molecular Biology and Genetics.

Victor brings a wealth of knowledge honed through years of senior management experience in operations management in both manufacturing and professional services. With over 6 years of providing hands-on leadership in SR&ED management services, Victor has been instrumental in establishing the Ontario practice for an international SR&ED consulting firm and in opening new verticals. Previous work experience includes senior Quality and General Management roles in Aerospace with Goodrich and in the Automotive sector with Faurecia, Magna and other Tier1 suppliers. Victor holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and has recently earned his MBA from the prestigious Kellogg-Schulich joint program.

Rob brings to BeneFACT Consulting Group over 15 years of experience helping lead organizations in the fields of Finance, Marketing and Operations. Rob's cross enterprise experience has contributed significantly to the successful strategic development and execution of business planning for several of the countries largest multi unit organizations in sectors that include Retail, Food and Beverage and Entertainment Industries. Rob earned his Master of Business Administration Degree from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario.

A true entrepreneurial enthusiast from the outset, Rick spent 7 years in the .com IT start-up space after leaving McMaster University to launch his own web metrics fir (Fluid Media Inc.). An opportunity to assist companies realize R&D tax credits was a natural match for his independent business spirit when he joined Deloitte's SR&ED practice in 2006. Most recently, Rick played a central leadership role at a tax recovery firm where he coordinated a team of financial and technical consultants and assisted in key business development pursuits within the SR&ED space. Rick is an active contributor to many open source and community based initiatives including RainbowPortal.org.
